Inleiding.
VLAAMSE SCHUUR uit de tweede helft van de negentiende eeuw, behorende bij een voormalige langgevelboerderij met aangebouwd achterhuis en karschop. De boerderij is waarschijnlijk na een brand in 1842 opnieuw opgebouwd. Omstreeks 1915 heeft een verbouwing plaatsgevonden.
Omschrijving.
Op het achtererf ten oosten van het woonhuis, met de nok haaks op de straat, een Vlaamse schuur. De schuur heeft een compleet ankerbalkgebint, is grotendeels voorzien van de oorspronkelijke kapspanten en heeft een rieten schilddak, opgewipt ter plaatse van de inrijpoort aan de noordwestelijke en noordoostelijke zijde. De beschoten wanden zijn thans deels in gerabatte delen uitgevoerd.
Waardering.
De Vlaamse schuur is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als afspiegeling van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in midden-Brabant, het is tevens van belang voor de typologische ontwikkeling van de landbouwschuur. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarden vanwege de afleesbaarheid van de bouwgeschiedenis. Het heeft ensemblewaarden als onderdeel van de kern van het kerkdorp Enschot, die cultuurhistorisch van belang is. Het geheel is gaaf bewaard gebleven.

FLEMISH BARN from the second half of the nineteenth century, belonging to a former long-gabled farmhouse with adjoining rear wing and cart shed. The farmhouse was probably rebuilt following a fire in 1842. Around 1915 alterations took place.

On the rear yard to the east of the dwelling house, with the ridge at right angles to the street, a Flemish barn. The barn has a complete tie-beam frame, is largely provided with the original roof trusses and has a thatched hipped roof, raised at the location of the entrance gate on the northwestern and northeastern side. The rendered walls are currently partly executed in a roughcast finish.
Valuation.
The Flemish barn is of general importance. The building has cultural historical value as a reflection of the socio-economic development of agriculture in central Brabant, it is also of importance for the typological development of the agricultural barn. It has architectural historical value due to the legibility of the building history.
