Inleiding.
Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, nu dubbel woonhuis. Het pand is gelegen aan de noordzijde van de weg, iets ten noorden van nummer 41A/B. De lange gevels lopen parallel aan de weg. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Klein gebouwentype op rechthoekige grondslag met gevels in schoon metselwerk, een steil, met verbeterde Hollandse pannen gedekt, schilddak met gemetselde schoorstenen, in elk van de korte zijgevels een ingang, de vensters in de lange gevel zijn voor het merendeel vergroot en hebben ramen met een roedenverdeling. Bij de na-oorlogse splitsing werden de ingangen aan de kopgevels aangebracht. Ook de interne indeling werd hierbij gewijzigd.
