Inleiding.
Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, nu magazijn. Het pand is gelegen aan de noordzijde van de weg, tussen de nummers 35 en 40 in. De lange gevel loopt parallel aan de weg. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Groot gebouwentype met gevels in schoon metselwerk, een zadeldak met wolfseinden, gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen, tufstenen aanzetstenen, drie dakkapellen met zinken schilddak in elk van de lange gevels, drie gemetselde schoorstenen, een iets terugliggende ingang links in elk van de kopgevels. Vier van de vensters aan de zuidzijde zijn sterk vergroot en hebben ramen met een vijftienruits roedenverdeling. Het pand is na de oorlog gesplitst.

Four of the windows on the south side have been substantially enlarged and have frames with a fifteen-pane glazing bar pattern. The building was subdivided after the war.
