Inleiding
De TERRASAANLEG (4), onderdeel van het complex Coromote, sluit aan op de achtergevel van het woonhuis en werd aangelegd in 1924 tegelijkertijd met de bouw van het huis door architect S. de Clerq.
Omschrijving
Voor de achtergevel ligt een gemetseld terras, dat voor de westgevel langs loopt en een uitspringend gedeelte heeft in het verlengde van de middenrisaliet van het huis. Enkele treden leiden naar de lager gelegen tuin. In de middenas van de achtergevel bevindt zich ondermeer een gemetselde vijverpartij.

De terrasaanleg behorend bij het landhuis Coromote is van algemeen belang
- vanwege de cultuurhistorische waarde, als onderdeel van het gelijknamige complex;
