PASTORIE aan de Vaartweg, gebouwd in circa 1890 in Eclectische stijl.
Omschrijving.
Tweelaags gebouw op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder schilddak waarvan de nok evenwijdig aan de straat loopt. Het dak is gedekt met Oud Hollandse pannen. De gevels zijn gepleisterd en voorzien van horizontale lijsten. De voorgevel is vijf traveen breed en heeft een middenrisaliet. Hierin bevindt zich de deur. Aan weerszijden zijn empire schuiframen aangebracht. In het interieur is de indeling in oorspronkelijke vorm gehandhaafd. Een centrale gang doorsnijdt het pand, aan weerszijden daarvan zijn kamers.
Waardering.
De pastorie is onderdeel van een complex van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als uitdrukking van de ontwikkeling van het katholicisme, in het bijzonder de stichting van kerkdorpen in de tweedehelft van de negentiende eeuw en is tevens van belang als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de katholieke pastorie.
