Inleiding.
De VARKENSSTAL MET BAKHUIS van omstreeks 1930 is in Traditioneel-Ambachtelijke stijl gebouwd en is achter de langgevelboerderij gelegen en evenwijdig daaraan.
Omschrijving.
De eenlaags VARKENSSTAL MET BAKHUIS op rechthoekig grondplan onder zadeldak, belegd met gesmoorde muldenpannen, is opgetrokken uit cementstenen. De voorgevel is voorzien van een rechtgesloten venster en dito deur onder bovenlicht. In beide zijgevels van het stalgedeelte is een vijftal halve, rechtgesloten houten deuren voor de varkens aangebracht en een zelfde aantal vensters. Enkele vensters zijn voorzien van licht getoogde ijzeren ramen met roedenverdeling. Het voorgedeelte van het object omvat het BAKHUIS met een grote bakoven en schouw. Tevens staat in het bakhuis een drietal gemetselde bakken, voor het mengen van het varkensvoer. De indeling van het stalgedeelte is in de jaren zeventig gewijzigd.
Waardering.
Het object is van algemeen belang en ontleent zijn waarde aan de samenhang met de andere onderdelen van het complex. Het heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als laat voorbeeld van een bakhuis. Het heeft bouwhistorische waarde vanwege het gebruik van cementstenen. Het is gaaf bewaard gebleven en zeldzaam als voorbeeld van varkensstal met bakhuis.

The PIG STY WITH BAKERY of around 1930 is built in Traditional-Craft style and is situated behind the long-gable farmhouse and parallel to it.
Description.
The single-storey PIG STY WITH BAKERY on rectangular ground plan under gabled roof, laid with weathered curved roof tiles, is constructed from cement bricks. The front facade is provided with a rectangular-shuttered window and corresponding door with fanlight. In both side facades of the stable section five half rectangular wooden doors for the pigs are installed and an equal number of windows. Some windows are fitted with lightly arched iron frames with glazing bars. The front part of the building comprises the BAKERY with a large baking oven and chimney. Also in the bakery stand three brick-built troughs for mixing pig feed. The layout of the stable section was altered in the seventies.
Valuation.
The building is of general importance and derives its value from the coherence with the other components of the complex. It has cultural-historical value as a late example of a bakery. It has building-historical value because of the use of cement bricks. It has been well preserved and is rare as an example of a pig sty with bakery.
