Inleiding.
De LANGGEVELBOERDERIJ in Traditioneel-Ambachtelijke stijl heeft een negentiende-eeuwse kern en is vermoedelijk omstreeks 1930 gemoderniseerd. Zij ligt evenwijdig aan de straat en is met het woongedeelte tegen het jachthuis aangebouwd en hiermee intern verbonden.
Omschrijving.
De eenlaags LANGGEVELBOERDERIJ op rechthoekig grondplan onder zadeldak heeft gepleisterde gevels, met uitzondering van de straatzijde van het woongedeelte, waar de gevel uit machinale baksteen is opgetrokken. De stalgevel aan de straatzijde is in blokverband gestuukt Het dak is gelegd met muldenpannen. De voorgevel van het woongedeelte is voorzien van rechtgesloten vensters en een dito deur onder bovenlicht. In het stalgedeelte zijn naoorlogse getoogde betonnen ramen met roedenverdeling aangebracht. In het midden van de voorgevel is een hooiluik aangebracht, dat de daklijst doorsnijdt. Uit de nok van het dak steekt een tweetal ventilatiekokers omhoog.
De indeling van het woongedeelte is gewijzigd en de oorspronkelijke schouw is verwijderd. Een oorspronkelijke bedstee is nog aanwezig. Het stalgedeelte is omstreeks 1930 gemoderniseerd en kent twee rijen van stalplaatsen voor koeien in de langsrichting, met looppaden langs de wanden en een centraal looppad. De zoldering bestaat uit balken, belegd met planken en gesteund door onderslagbalken, die worden gedragen door houten standvinken.

The front facade of the residential section is provided with flush windows and a matching door under a fanlight. In the stable section, post-war arched concrete windows with glazing bars have been installed. In the centre of the front facade is a hay hoist, which cuts through the roof line. From the ridge of the roof project two ventilation pipes.
The arrangement of the residential section has been altered and the original hearth has been removed. An original bed alcove is still present. The stable section was modernised around 1930 and features two rows of stalls for cattle along the length, with walkways along the walls and a central walkway.
