Inleiding.
De HOOISCHUUR van omstreeks 1930 in Traditioneel-ambachtelijke stijl ligt ten westen van de boerderij en haaks daarop.
Omschrijving.
De eenlaags HOOISCHUUR met zadeldak, belegd met gesmoorde pannen, is gebouwd op een rechthoekig grondplan en is opgetrokken uit hout, doch heeft een bakstenen onderbouw en gemetselde achtergevel. De planken betimmering van de gevels is geteerd en geheel zwart, met uitzondering van een klein vierkant raam met roedenverdeling in de voorgevel, dat evenals de dakranden van de tuitgevel is wit geschilderd. In de voorgevel bevinden zich twee grote dubbele deuren, die elk toegang geven tot een afgesloten gedeelte van de schuur. De kapconstructie en de zoldering zijn uit balken opgetrokken. Aan de noordzijde is in later tijd een eenlaags aanbouw geplaatst.
Waardering.
Het object is van algemeen belang en ontleent zijn waarde aan de samenhang met de andere onderdelen van het complex. Het heeft bouwhistorische waarde vanwege het gebruik van geteerde planken. Het is gaaf bewaard gebleven en zeldzaam als voorbeeld van een geteerde hooischuur in Noord-Brabant.

The HAY BARN of circa 1930 in Traditional-craft style lies to the west of the farmhouse and at right angles to it.
Description.
The single-storey HAY BARN with gabled roof, covered with dampened tiles, is built on a rectangular ground plan and is constructed of wood, but has a brick foundation and a mortared rear facade. The plank cladding of the facades is tarred and entirely black, with the exception of a small square window with glazing bars in the front facade, which like the roof edges of the spout gable is painted white. In the front facade are two large double doors, each providing access to a separate section of the barn. The roof truss structure and the ceiling are constructed from beams. At the north side a single-storey extension has been added at a later date.
Valuation.
The object is of general importance and derives its value from the coherence with the other components of the complex. It has building-historical value because of the use of tarred planks. It has remained in good condition and is rare as an example of a tarred hay barn in North Brabant.
