Inleiding.
De STAL is in opdracht van de Belg Delcourt gebouwd rond 1909 als kippenhok en opslagruimte ten behoeve van de voormalige pachtboerderij.
Omschrijving.
De eenlaagse stal staat achter de hoge veestal en heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en een zadeldak met zwarte tuile-du-Nordpannen. De gevels zijn opgetrokken uit gepotdekseld acaciahout. De achter- en de zijgevels zijn blind. De lange voorgevel aan de westkant bevat vier raampjes met kleine roedenverdeling en een terugwijkend gebouwd middendeel met ingang.
Waardering.
De stal is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw is van cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van een sociaal-economische ontwikkeling, namelijk de stichting van landhuizen in de groene omgeving van de stad. Het is van architectuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de traditionalistische vormentaal van de architect Oomen. Het maakt deel uit van een complex dat van belang is wegens de gaafheid en de kwaliteit van de samenstellende onderdelen.

The single-storey stable stands behind the tall cattle shed and has a rectangular floor plan and a gabled roof with black tuile-du-Nord tiles. The facades are constructed of cladding with creosoted acacia wood. The rear and side walls are blind. The long front facade on the west side contains four small windows with fine glazing bars and a recessed central section with entrance.
Valuation.
The stable is of general interest. The building has cultural-historical significance as an example of socio-economic development, namely the establishment of country houses in the green surroundings of the city. It is of architectural-historical significance as an example of the traditionalist formal language of architect Oomen. It forms part of a complex that is of significance because of the integrity and quality of its component parts.
