Omschrijving onderdeel 5: TUINMANSWONING.
De voormalige 19de-eeuwse tuinmanswoning, met de uiterlijke verschijningsvorm van een kleine stelpboerderij, is, met uitzondering van de zuidgevel, aanmerkelijk verbouwd. Desondanks wordt het gebouw beschermd en wel vanwege zijn kenmerkende ligging, karakteristieke hoofdvorm, traditioneel materiaalgebruik en de toepassing van historische bouwfragmenten. Gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond, verdiepingloos, gedeeltelijk onderkelderd, opgetrokken uit rode baksteen en gedekt door een met blauwe golfpannen belegd schilddak (voorschild geglazuurd en met dakkajuit; overige schilden gesmoord); topschoorsteen. De detaillering van ramen en deuren grotendeels niet oorspronkelijk. Het vroegere stalgedeelte in de westgevel is nog herkenbaar door drie getoogde stalvensters; in de oostgevel twee vensters met meerruitsverdeling. Het geelbakstenen schuurtje achter de woning is voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang.

Description component 5: GARDENER'S HOUSE.
The former 19th-century gardener's house, with the outward appearance of a small timber-framed farmhouse, has been substantially altered, with the exception of the south facade. Nevertheless the building is protected, and this is because of its characteristic location, characteristic main form, traditional use of materials and the application of historical building fragments. Building on rectangular floor plan, one storey, partially vaulted basement, constructed of red brick and covered by a hipped roof clad with blue pantiles (front slope glazed and with roof dormer; other slopes plain). Top chimney. The detailing of windows and doors is largely not original. The former stable section in the west facade is still recognizable by three arched stable windows; in the east facade two windows with multi-pane glazing. The yellow-brick shed behind the house is of subordinate importance for the protection.
