Omschrijving onderdeel 7: marmeren BADKUIP (Bosbeek).
Ovaal marmeren bad met aan de korte zijden satermaskers met een handvat in de bek geklemd. Omstreeks 1761 te Rome vervaardigd en aldaar door John Hope op zijn grand-tour gekocht.

De marmeren badkuip is van belang:
- vanwege zijn decoratieve waarde op de buitenplaats;

Oval marble bath with satyr masks at the short sides with a handle clenched in the mouth. Manufactured in Rome around 1761 and purchased there by John Hope on his grand tour.
