Omschrijving onderdeel 5a en 5b: PIEDESTALS (Bosbeek).
Aan de oost- en westzijde van de vijver staat een laat 18de-eeuws natuurstenen piëdestal opgesteld. De vier zijden van het voetstuk worden gesierd met het motief van de zich in de staart bijtende slang. De vaas op de westelijke piëdestal is niet oorspronkelijk en valt buiten de bescherming.
Waardering
De piëdestals zijn van belang als decoratief onderdeel van de buitenplaats.

Description of component 5a and 5b: PEDESTALS (Bosbeek).
On the east and west side of the pond is positioned a late 18th-century natural stone pedestal. The four sides of the base are decorated with the motif of the serpent biting its own tail. The vase on the western pedestal is not original and falls outside the protection.
Valuation
The pedestals are of importance as a decorative component of the country estate.
