Omschrijving
Omschrijving onderdeel 3: TOEGANGSHEK (Bosbeek).
Midden 19de-eeuws toegangshek bestaande uit in blokpatroon gemetselde stijlen op natuurstenen voet en met dito afdekplaten. De twee hoogste stijlen worden bekroond met een lantaarn. Op een natuurstenen band staat de naam BOS-BEEK. Hiertussen draait het ijzeren spijlenhek. De twee buitenste lagere stijlen hebben uitsluitend een eenvoudige natuurstenen bekroning. De stijlen zijn onderling verbonden met een eenvoudig stijlen ijzeren hek.
Waardering
Het toegangshek is van belang vanwege zijn functionele en decoratieve betekenis voor de buitenplaats.

Description
Description of component 3: ENTRANCE GATE (Bosbeek).
Mid-19th-century entrance gate consisting of pillars laid in block pattern on a natural stone base and with matching coping stones. The two highest pillars are crowned with a lantern. On a natural stone band stands the name BOS-BEEK. Between these the iron railing gate turns. The two outer lower pillars have merely a simple natural stone coping. The pillars are interconnected with a simple pillar iron gate.
Valuation
The entrance gate is of importance because of its functional and decorative significance for the country estate.
