Omschrijving onderdeel 2: HISTORISCHE PARK EN TUINAANLEG (Bosbeek).
Overeenkomstig de beschrijving van het hoofdhuis wordt ook bij het park gesproken van het deel vóór het huis d.w.z. het parkdeel ten noordwesten van het huis voor de voorgevel en het park achter het huis, het deel ten zuidoosten ervan. Het oppervlak van het park voor het huis komt na de splitsing in 1913 nagenoeg weer overeen met de oorspronkelijke afmeting. Dit was dus betrekkelijk klein ten gevolge van het feit dat direct ten westen het grondgebied van het Huis Groenendaal aansloot. Het oude Bosbeek had echter ook gronden aan de overzijde van de Glipperdreef zodat er toch een behoorlijk aanleg moet zijn geweest. Het park heeft een vroeg 18de-eeuwse aanleg gehad, waaraan de vijver nog herinnert. Vervolgens zijn de tuinen van beide huizen in 1784 samengevoegd en is er een poging ondernomen beide parken op elkaar aan te laten sluiten, al is dit niet precies herkenbaar. Elementen die hierop wijzen zijn: De met linden beplante laan, die thans het gazon afsluit aan de noordzijde en doorloopt op het grondgebied van Groenendaal. Op de topgrafische kaart van 1875 is te zien dat er vanuit Bosbeek een zichtas bestond naar een langgerekte openplek in het bos van Groenendaal. Deze zichtas is nog enigszins herkenbaar op het punt van het houten bruggetje. Verder valt aan te nemen, gezien de ontwikkelingen in Groenendaal, dat ook de tuin van Bosbeek in landschappelijke stijl is aangepast. Een prent van Lutgers uit 1838 laat een dergelijke aanleg achter het huis zien. De aanleg voor het huis duidt hier ook nog op met de grote open parkweide. De beplanting bestaat in hoofdzaak uit vrij jonge boom- en struikgroepen, met uitzondering van een oude taxus. Ook een tweede licht gebogen laan die langs de noordkant van de parkwijde naar het noordelijke toegangshek loopt duidt op wijzigingen in landschappelijke stijl. De tuin achter het huis heeft na een landschappelijke aanleg, vóór 1913 een neo-formele aanleg gekregen. Deze bestaat uit een door buxus omgeven padenstelsel rond gazons met een centrale as op het huis gericht. Deze as wordt onderbroken door een grote cirkelvorm, waarin oorspronkelijk een vijver, later een rozentuin is aangelegd. Binnen dit patroon van paden en gazons zijn voorts solitairen gepland waaronder enkele taxussen, inmiddels van enorme afmeting. Ten noorden van deze aanleg is tenslotte nog een vermoedelijk ouder slingerpad begeleid door een beukhaag.
