Omschrijving onderdeel 4: KOETSHUIS.
Omschrijving
Even ten zuiden van de ingangspartij staat het voormalige KOETSHUIS uit de tweede helft van de 18de eeuw. Dit is een fors rechthoekig gebouw van anderhalve bouwlaag d.w.z. met een lage verdieping. Op de verdieping zijn bolkozijnen aangebracht. Op de begane grond naast enkele vensters ook de inrijdeuren, die thans van een eigentijdse (XXd) invulling zijn voorzien.
Waardering
Het voormalig KOETSHUIS is van algemeen belang:
- vanwege zijn functionele betekenis voor de buitenplaats;
- in relatie tot het ensemble van de naast gelegen gebouwen van koepel en ingangspartij.

Description
Just south of the entrance area stands the former COACHHOUSE from the second half of the 18th century. This is a substantial rectangular building of one-and-a-half storeys, that is with a low upper floor. On the upper floor round windows have been installed. On the ground floor, beside some windows also the carriage doors, which are now provided with a contemporary (20th-century) filling.
Valuation
The former COACHHOUSE is of general importance:
- because of its functional significance for the country estate;
- in relation to the ensemble of the adjacent buildings of the rotunda and entrance area.
