Omschrijving onderdeel 3b: DIENSTWONING.
Omschrijving
De DIENSTWONING is in één opzet met het portiershuisje (onderdeel 3c) gebouwd. Het is een vierkant gebouw van drie traveeën breed van anderhalve bouwlaag, d.w.z met een lage verdieping. Geblokte lisenen accentueren de hoeken, voorts een met pannen gedekt schilddak boven de kroonlijst. Aan de achterzijde zijn drie kruiskozijnen op de begane grond en drie bolkozijnen op de verdieping aangebracht. Aan de voorzijde in het midden een kruiskozijn en blindnissen daarnaast en een hijsluik op de verdieping met bolkozijnen daarnaast. De zuidgevel is t.b.v. de nieuwe woonfunctie opengebroken en opnieuw vormgegeven in hedendaagse (XXd) architectuur.

De DIENSTWONING is van algemeen belang:
- vanwege zijn plaats in het oeuvre van D. Marot;
- vanwege de gaaf bewaarde monumentale opzet van de ingangspartij;

Description of component 3b: SERVICE DWELLING.
Description
The SERVICE DWELLING was built as one unit with the porter's house (component 3c). It is a square building three bays wide of one-and-a-half storeys, that is with a low upper floor. Rusticated lisenes accentuate the corners, furthermore a hipped roof covered with tiles above the cornice. On the rear side are three cross windows on the ground floor and three round windows on the upper floor. On the front side in the middle a cross window and blind openings next to it and a hoist opening on the upper floor with round windows next to it. The south gable has been broken open and redesigned in contemporary (20th-century) architecture for the new residential use.
Valuation
The SERVICE DWELLING is of general importance:
- because of its place in the oeuvre of D. Marot;
- because of the well-preserved monumental design of the entrance area;
- in relation to the ensemble of the adjacent buildings of the rotunda and the coachhouse.
