Omschrijving onderdeel 3c: PORTIERSHUISJE.
Omschrijving
Het PORTIERSHUISJE bestaat uit één bouwlaag met een platdak en is geheel tegen de tuinmuur gebouwd aan de binnenzijde in een kwartronde vorm. Het metselwerk met klesoren loopt in één geheel door met de dienstwoning. Het venster, en de dichtgemetselde deur aan de binnenzijde zijn oorspronkelijk. Het venster in de tuinmuur is later ingebroken.
Waardering
Het PORTIERSHUISJE is van algemeen belang:
- vanwege hzij plaats in het oeuvre van D. Marot;
- vanwege de gaaf bewaarde monumentale opzet van de ingangspartij;
- in relatie tot het ensemble van de naastgelegen bebouwing van koepel en het koetshuis.

Description
The PORTER'S LODGE consists of one storey with a flat roof and is built entirely against the garden wall on the inside in a quarter-round shape. The masonry with decorative courses runs as one whole with the service dwelling. The window and the filled-in door on the inside are original. The window in the garden wall was broken through later.

The PORTER'S LODGE is of general importance:
- because of its place in the oeuvre of D. Marot;
- because of the well-preserved monumental design of the entrance section;
- in relation to the ensemble of the adjacent buildings of the cupola and the coach house.
