Inleiding
De jugendstil THEEKOEPEL werd gebouwd in 1912 voor H. Oerlemans en H. Quirijns. Het gebouwtje bevindt zich rechts van de voorgevel van het woonhuis in de tuin.

Het zeshoekige gebouwtje is opgetrokken uit donkergroen geschilderde houten kraaldelen. Op het zes-zijdige tentdak ligt dakleer, evenals op het opengewerkte dakruitertje met piron. Zowel de stijlen hiervan als de piron zijn voorzien van geometrisch snijwerk. Het hout is als borstwering voor de vijf vensters diagonaal gezaagd en in driehoeksvorm vastgezet. Daarboven zijn verticale planken gebruikt. De uitkragende goot is afgezet met een houten sierlijstje bestaande uit kleine plankjes. Deze lijst rust op houten sierconsoles met diamantkopjes. De afwatering komt uit op een regenton. De drielichts bovenlichten met kathedraalglas van de vensters hebben een getoogde lijst. De paneeldeur met cassetten en snijwerk heeft een glaspaneel met gewelfd gesneden sierroeden in asymmetrisch patroon.
