Inleiding.
DIENSTWONING uit ca. 1910-1920, opgetrokken in Ambachtelijk-Traditionele stijl naast de voormalige halte Seppe.
Omschrijving.
Eenlaags woonhuis opgetrokken uit machinale baksteen in halfsteens verband onder zadeldak met overstek gedekt met kruispannen. De zuidgevel heeft schuiframen op begane grond en verdieping. Topgevel met vlechtingen. De oostgevel heeft eveneens een schuifraam en een entree bestaande uit een paneeldeur met zij- en bovenlicht onder een houten luifel die met ijzeren stangen is opgehangen. In de noordgevel enkele hooggeplaatste ramen voor trapportaal en toilet en een opgeklampte deur. Kelderraam en op de verdieping twee schuiframen. Topgevel met vlechtingen. In de westgevel twee schuiframen. Het uiterst eenvoudige interieur bewaart de oude indeling.
Waardering.
De voormalige dienstwoning is van algemeen belang. Het huis heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als herinnering aan de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van het Noord-Brabantse platteland, door de aanleg van spoorlijnen. Het is tevens van belang voor de typologische ontwikkeling van de dienstwoning. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarde als representant van de sobere traditionele bouwstijl die voor kleine plattelandsstations gepast werd geacht. Het is gaaf bewaard gebleven. Het is als combinatie van een plattelandshalte met dienstwoning uniek in Noord-Brabant.

OFFICIAL RESIDENCE from ca. 1910-1920, erected in Artisanal-Traditional style next to the former halt Seppe.
Description.
Single-storey dwelling house erected from machine-made brick in half-brick bond under gabled roof with overhang covered with crossing pantiles. The south facade has sash windows on ground floor and upper floor. Gable with lattice work. The east facade likewise has a sash window and an entrance consisting of a panelled door with side and fanlight under a wooden canopy suspended by iron rods. In the north facade several high-positioned windows for stairwell and toilet and a clasped door. Cellar window and on the upper floor two sash windows. Gable with lattice work. In the west facade two sash windows. The extremely simple interior preserves the original layout.
Evaluation.
The former official residence is of general interest. The house has cultural-historical value as a reminder of the socio-economic development of the North Brabant countryside, through the laying of railway lines. It is likewise of importance for the typological development of the official residence. It has architectural-historical value as a representative of the modest traditional building style that was considered appropriate for small countryside stations. It has been preserved in good condition. It is unique in North Brabant as a combination of a countryside halt with an official residence.
