Omschrijving onderdeel 15: VOORMALIGE BOSWACHTERSWONING
Rode bakstenen voormalige boswachterswoning (thans boerderij), op rechthoekige grondslag onder met oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. De woning werd in 1921 ten westen van de boerderij annex koetshuis (zie onderdeel 9) opgetrokken. De naar het hoofdhuis gekeerde gevel is van ornamentele waarde. Voor(oost-)gevel: centraal de deur (met zandloper-motief, als bij onderdeel 10) met halfrond bovenlicht met gebogen spaakroeden, met aan weerszijden en op de verdieping een tweeruits venster met luiken (zandloper-motief) en halfrond bovenlicht met gebogen spaakroeden. In de rechter gevel een venster met vierruits bovenlicht en met luiken (zandloper-motief). In de topgevel aan de achterzijde een enkelruits venster met halfrond enkelruits bovenlicht. Aansluitend aan de achterzijde een aanbouw en grote schuur, die voor de bescherming van ondergeschikte betekenis zijn.
WAARDERING
De VOORMALIGE BOSWACHTERSWONING is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch belang:
- als karakteristiek en functioneel onderdeel van de buitenplaats;
- als goed voorbeeld van een bij een historische buitenplaats behorende boswachterswoning uit de jaren '20 van de 20ste eeuw;
- vanwege de ornamentele en ensemblewaarde;
- vanwege de doelmatige vormgeving.

Description component 15: FORMER FORESTER'S DWELLING
Red brick former forester's dwelling (now farmhouse), on a rectangular ground plan beneath a gabled roof covered with old-Dutch tiles. The dwelling was erected in 1921 to the west of the farmhouse adjoining carriage house (see component 9). The gable facing the main house is of ornamental value. Front (east) gable: centrally the door (with hourglass motif, as in component 10) with semicircular fanlight with curved spoke bars, with on either side and on the upper storey a two-pane window with shutters (hourglass motif) and semicircular fanlight with curved spoke bars. In the right gable a window with four-pane fanlight and with shutters (hourglass motif). In the top gable at the rear a single-pane window with semicircular single-pane fanlight. Adjoining at the rear an extension and large barn, which are of secondary significance for the protection.
VALUATION
The FORMER FORESTER'S DWELLING is of general cultural-historical importance:
- as a characteristic and functional component of the country estate;
- as a good example of a forester's dwelling belonging to a historic country estate from the 1920s of the 20th century;
- on account of its ornamental and ensemble value;
- on account of its functional design.
