Omschrijving onderdeel 14: BOERDERIJ MET SCHUUR
Rode bakstenen boerderij op rechthoekige grondslag onder met rode pannen gedekt zadeldak uit de tweede helft van de 19de eeuw. Voor(noord-)zijde: centraal de entreedeur (zandloper-motief als bij onderdeel 10) met drieruits bovenlicht. Aan weerszijden en op de verdieping een vierruits venster met halfrond bovenlicht met spaakroeden. De vensters zijn van luiken met beschilderd zandloper-motief voorzien. Rechter gevel: aan de linker zijde een vierruits venster met luiken met zandloper-motief. Linker gevel: aan de rechter zijde een tweeruits venster met luiken met zandloper-motief, links ervan een toegangsdeur als aan de voorzijde met aansluitend links een tweeruits venster met getoogde dubbele deur. Links van de boerderij een in horizontale delen opgetrokken houten schuur op rechthoekige grondslag onder met oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak, waarvan het linker dakvlak een stuk is doorgetrokken. In de voor(noord-)zijde rechts een dubbele houten deur.

De BOERDERIJ MET SCHUUR is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch belang:

Description component 14: FARMHOUSE WITH BARN
Red brick farmhouse on a rectangular ground plan beneath a gabled roof covered with red tiles from the second half of the 19th century. Front (north) side: centrally the entrance door (hourglass motif as in component 10) with three-pane fanlight. On either side and on the upper storey a four-pane window with semicircular fanlight with spoke bars. The windows are fitted with shutters with painted hourglass motif. Right gable: on the left side a four-pane window with shutters with hourglass motif. Left gable: on the right side a two-pane window with shutters with hourglass motif, to the left of it an entrance door as on the front side with adjoining to the left a two-pane window with arched double door. To the left of the farmhouse a barn constructed in horizontal sections of wood on a rectangular ground plan beneath a gabled roof covered with old-Dutch tiles, of which the left roof slope extends a distance. In the front (north) side to the right a wooden double door.
