Inleiding
PASTORIE gebouwd omstreeks 1930 naar ontwerp van H.W. Valk en C.W. van den Beld in 1929. Het gebouw is uitgevoerd in een traditionele bouwtrant. Bij de verbouwing tot woonruimte rond 1998 is het gebouw niet wezenlijk van karakter veranderd.
Omschrijving
Tweelaags bakstenen herenhuis op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een ingeknikt schilddak, gedekt met leien. Het dak met de nok evenwijdig aan het plein is voorzien van een forse overstek. De voorgevel staat haaks op het Theresiaplein. In het verlengde hiervan staat een tweelaagse bouwmassa op een rechthoekige plattegrond maar smaller dan die van de hoofdmassa. Het ingeknikte schilddak met overstek heeft de nok evenwijdig aan de voorgevel. De ingang bestaat uit een rondboogdeur in zandstenen omlijsting. De omlijsting loopt door tot aan de goot. Op verdiepingshoogte is in een nis een beeld geplaatst. Boven de rechthoekige ramen zijn wenkbrauwbogen aangebracht. De zijgevel aan het Theresiaplein heeft een rechthoekige éénlaagse uitbouw. Erboven is een balkon met bakstenen borstwering.
In het dakvlak zijn dakkapelletjes met zadeldaken geplaatst. Achter de aanbouw is een gang die de pastorie met de kerk verbindt.
