Het BAKHUIS annex KOETSHUIS is gebouwd in 1871. Rond 1970 is de zijgevel van het gebouwtje deels uitgebroken om twee grote schuurdeuren te kunnen plaatsen.

Het eenlaagse bakhuis met koetshuis is opgetrokken uit handgevormde bakstenen en heeft een zadeldak met zwarte Oudhollandse dakpannen. De naar de straatzijde gekeerde gevel bezit een vernieuwd vierruits raam en in de topgevel een oculus. In de naar het bedrijf gekeerde lange zijgevel bevinden zich in totaal vier grote schuurdeuren. Links bevindt zich een gemetselde bak met houten deksel. Dit is de waterput van het erf; onder het erf bevindt zich een gemetseld verzamelbekken met tongewelf. De overige gevels zijn blind. Inwendig is de ruimte in tweeën gedeeld met links het voormalige bakhuis en rechts het koetshuis. De inrichting hiervan is deels opgeslagen.
Waardering
Het bakhuis annex koetshuis is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in Midden-Brabant en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de langgevelboerderij. Architectuurhistorisch is het pand van belang vanwege de bijzondere samenhang tussen exterieur en interieur. De boerderij is belangrijk vanwege de gaafheid van het in- en exterieur en is als zodanig zeldzaam. Het is een der laatste verwijzingen in de stad naar een agrarisch verleden en daarom van belang in relatie tot de visuele en structurele gaafheid van de stedelijke omgeving.

The single-storey bakehouse with coach house is constructed from hand-formed bricks and has a gabled roof with black Oudhollandse roof tiles. The facade facing the street has a renewed four-pane window and in the gable an oculus. In the long side facade facing the business premises are a total of four large barn doors. On the left is a brick trough with a wooden lid. This is the water well of the farmyard; beneath the farmyard is a brick collecting basin with a barrel vault. The remaining facades are blind. Internally the space is divided in two with the former bakehouse on the left and the coach house on the right. The fittings of this are partly stored.
Valuation
The bakehouse annex coach house is of general importance. The building has cultural-historical significance as an example of the socio-economic development of agriculture in Midden-Brabant and as an example of the typological development of the long-gable farmhouse. Architecturally, the building is significant because of the special relationship between exterior and interior.
