Inleiding
Rode LOODS, behorend tot het complex 'werf Nieuwboer' en dateert van omstreeks 1901 en werd in 1993 gerenoveerd. De loods is gelegen aan de noordoostzijde van de werf, parallel aan de oudste helling en met de nokrichting haaks op de overige drie hellingen.
Omschrijving
De loods is opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond en telt twee bouwlagen onder een met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt ongelijkzijdig zadeldak met oost-westelijke nokrichting. De loods heeft gevelwanden in rabatdelen en messing en groefdelen. De planken zijn rood geschilderd. De goot rust op klossen.
De westgevel is een topgevel met links een deels stenen onderbouw met venster en rechts een deur. De tweede bouwlaag bevat een luik met dubbele deuren en links een negenruits venster tussen rabatdelen. De topgevel bestaat uit messing en groefdelen, kraagt iets uit en is afgewerkt met windveren en een makelaar.
De zuidgevel in rabatdelen heeft in de eerste bouwlaag vier liggende zesruits vensters. In de tweede bouwlaag zijn vier negenruits vensters gezet, waarvan de twee rechter met schuifpanelen onder de vensters zijn uitgevoerd. De noordgevel is blind en opgetrokken uit messing en groefdelen.

The shed is constructed on a rectangular ground plan and comprises two storeys under an unequal-sided gabled roof covered with red Dutch tiles with an east-west ridge direction. The shed has gable walls in rabbeted boards and grooved boards. The planks are painted red. The gutter rests on brackets.
The west gable is a top gable with on the left a partly brick base with a window and on the right a door. The second storey contains a hatch with double doors and on the left a nine-pane window between rabbeted boards. The top gable consists of grooved boards, projects slightly and is finished with wind braces and a barge-board.
The south gable in rabbeted boards has four horizontal six-pane windows on the first storey. On the second storey four nine-pane windows are set, of which the two right ones are executed with sliding panels below the windows. The north gable is blank and constructed of grooved boards.
