Inleiding
De grens van het landgoed 's-Heerenvijvers wordt aan de zuidelijke en oostelijke zijde gemarkeerd door verschillende GRENSPALEN. Ook deze palen dateren uit omstreeks 1937 en het ontwerp is van de hand van de Oirschotse architect Becks.
Omschrijving
De betonnen palen steken ongeveer een meter boven het maaiveld uit. De palen hebben een vierkante doorsnede en een stompe piramidale top. Aan de zijde van de grens en de tegenovergestelde zijde is in een enkele centimeters diepe nis het polychrome diabolo-wapen van het landgoed geschilderd.
Waardering
De grenspalen zijn van algemeen belang. Ze hebben cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van een culturele en sociaal-economische ontwikkeling, met name de vernieuwing en functieverandering van buitenplaatsen in het buitengebied in het interbellum. The boundary of the estate 's-Heerenvijvers is marked on the southern and eastern side by various BOUNDARY STONES. These stones also date from around 1937 and the design is by the Oirschot architect Becks.
