Inleiding
Aan de noordoostelijke zijde van het landgoed staat, naast een open weidegebied, de voormalige KOEIENSTAL met BAKHUIS uit 1936-'37. Enkele jaren geleden is de stal omgebouwd tot horecagelegenheid ('De Weijers'), waarbij het interieur geheel van de koeienstal werd gewijzigd. De scheidingsmuur tussen bakhuis en stal is gedeeltelijk weggebroken.
Omschrijving
De eenlaags stal heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en wordt gedekt door een zadeldak met verbeterde Hollandse pannen. In de oostelijke gevel heeft het gebouw een brede getoogde inrijpoort, alsmede rondbogige staldeuren met een rondlicht en twee- en driedelige openslaande vensters. Opvallend is de consequent doorgevoerde diabolobeschildering op deuren en luiken.
In het interieur is onder meer de sobere schouw met tegelwerk in het voormalige bakhuis van belang.
Waardering
De koeienstal is van algemeen belang. Het object heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van een culturele en sociaal-economische ontwikkeling, met name de vernieuwing en functieverandering van buitenplaatsen in het buitengebied in het Interbellum. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege de stijl en tuinhistorische waarden vanwege de wijze waarop het is ingekaderd in het oudere landgoed. Het heeft ensemblewaarden wegens de samenhang met de inrichting van de landschappelijke tuin. Het is uitwendig gaaf bewaard gebleven.

Introduction
On the northeastern side of the estate, next to an open pasture area, stands the former COWSHED with BAKEHOUSE from 1936-'37. A few years ago the shed was converted into a catering establishment ('De Weijers'), whereby the interior of the cowshed was completely altered. The dividing wall between bakehouse and shed has been partially removed.
Description
The single-storey shed has a rectangular plan and is covered by a gabled roof with improved Dutch tiles. In the eastern gable the building has a wide arched carriage entrance, as well as round-arched stable doors with a fanlight and two- and three-part casement windows. Striking is the consistently executed diabolo painting on doors and shutters.
In the interior, the plain chimney with tilework in the former bakehouse is of particular note.
Valuation
The cowshed is of general importance. The object has cultural-historical importance as a particular expression of a cultural and socio-economic development, notably the renewal and change of function of country estates in the rural area in the Interbellum. It has architectural-historical value because of the style and garden-historical values because of the way it is framed within the older estate. It has ensemble values because of the coherence with the arrangement of the landscape garden. It has been well preserved externally.
