Inleiding
Op het landgoed staat aan de oostelijke zijde, op ruime afstand van het buitenverblijf, de BOERDERIJ met SCHUUR 'Hemelrijken', daterende uit 1936-'37. De boerderij is gebouwd naar ontwerp van architect Becks uit Oirschot.
Omschrijving
De eenlaags boerderij heeft een globaal rechthoekige, ter plaatse van het woonhuis wat smallere plattegrond en wordt gedekt door een wolfdak met verbeterde Hollandse pannen. Aan de noordelijke zijde is het woonhuis gesitueerd, aan de zuidelijke zijde het bedrijfsgedeelte. Het woonhuis heeft nog grotendeels de oorspronkelijke inrichting en de schuifvensters met kleine roedenverdeling. In de westelijke gevel bevindt zich de opgeklampte voordeur, voorzien van een bovenlicht. Het bedrijfsdeel heeft in de zuidelijke gevel een berde opgeklampte inrijpoort. Binnen is de paardenstal, met getralied venster en hardstenen voederbak, nog intact. In de deel wordt alle ruimte door de grupstal ingenomen. Aan de oostelijke zijde is een deel van de oude varkensstallen nog intact. Bijzonder zijn de, tegen het woonhuis, in de westelijke en oostelijke gevel van het bedrijfsgedeelte gesitueerde diepe open nissen. Deze waren bestemd voor de opslag van gereedschappen. Van belang is ook de betonnen bank met houten zitting op het erf. Deze is eveneens een ontwerp van Becks. Op het erf staat een notenboom. Aan de oostelijke zijde van het erf staat een houten veldschuur met tasruimte onder zadeldak. De houten stijlen zijn gesteld op bakstenen poeren. Aan de zuidelijke zijde een kippenhok.
Waardering
De boerderij met schuur is van algemeen belang. Het geheel heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van een culturele en sociaal-economische ontwikkeling, met name de vernieuwing en functieverandering van buitenplaatsen in het buitengebied in het Interbellum. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege de stijl en tuinhistorische waarden vanwege de wijze waarop het is ingekaderd in het oudere landgoed. Het heeft ensemblewaarden wegens de samenhang met de inrichting van de landschappelijke tuin. Het is uitwendig gaaf bewaard gebleven.

The single-storey farmhouse has a roughly rectangular floor plan, somewhat narrower at the residential section, and is covered by a half-hipped roof with improved Dutch tiles. On the northern side is situated the residential section, on the southern side the business section. The residential section still largely retains its original fittings and the sash windows with small glazing bars. In the western facade is the clamped-on front door, provided with a fanlight. The business section has a clamped-on carriage entrance in the southern facade on the threshing floor. Inside, the horse stable, with barred window and sandstone feeding trough, remains intact. In the threshing floor all space is taken up by the cattle stalls. On the eastern side part of the old pig sties remains intact.
