Inleiding
Op een omgracht terrein aan de noordwestelijke zijde van het landgoed ligt ten noordwesten van het weekendhuis een klein PERSONEELSVERBLIJF (dienstwoning) uit 1937 in traditionalistische stijl. Het huis staat bekend als 'het Onding'. Een gedeelte functioneerde vroeger als kolen- en houtopslag. Later is in de noordelijke gevel een vleugeldeur aangebracht.
Omschrijving
Het eenlaags bakstenen gebouw heeft een globaal rechthoekige plattegrond en wordt gedekt door een samengesteld geknikt schilddak met verbeterde Hollandse pannen. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in baksteen. Aan de oostelijke zijde heeft het pand een topgevel, bekroond met een piron. De westelijke gevel, die grenst aan de gracht, heeft rechthoekige zesruits vensters en getoogde zesruits vensters met kunststenen geboortestenen. In de noordelijke gevel bevindt zich een opgeklampte inrijpoort. Ook de zuidelijke gevel wordt bekroond door een piron. Aan de oostelijke zijde staat een vrijstaand eenlaags schuurtje onder zadeldak met verbeterde Hollandse pannen. Het bakstenen gebouwtje heeft betimmerde topgevels.

On a moated plot on the north-western side of the estate, north-west of the weekend house, stands a small STAFF RESIDENCE (service dwelling) from 1937 in traditionalist style. The single-storey brick building has a roughly rectangular floor plan and is covered by a composite kinked hipped roof with improved Dutch tiles. The facades are built in brick. On the eastern side the building has a step gable, crowned with a finial. The western facade, which borders the moat, has rectangular six-pane windows and arched six-pane windows with ashlar stone quoins. In the northern facade is a clamped-on carriage entrance. The southern facade is also crowned by a finial. On the eastern side stands a detached single-storey shed under a gabled roof with improved Dutch tiles. The brick building has boarded step gables.
