Stal, gebouwd rond 1890 en deels vernieuwd rond 1980.
Omschrijving
De voormalige stal heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en is opgetrokken uit handvorm baksteen, deels in machinale baksteen. Het wolfdak is gedekt met riet. Eenvoudige vernieuwde vensters en deur.
Waardering
De stal is van algemeen belang. Het object heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in de Maaskant en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de boerderij in dit gebied in de late negentiende eeuw. Het heeft ensemblewaarden als onderdeel van een groep boerderijen die samenhangt met de ontwikkeling der verkaveling en de laat-negentiende eeuwse dorpsontwikkeling. Het is belangrijk vanwege de gaafheid van het in- en exterieur en is als zodanig zeldzaam.

Description
The former stable has a rectangular floor plan and is constructed of hand-formed brick, partly in machine-made brick. The half-hipped roof is covered with thatch. Simple renewed windows and door.
Valuation
The stable is of general importance. The object has cultural-historical significance as an example of the socio-economic development of agriculture in the Maaskant and as an example of the typological development of the farmstead in this area in the late nineteenth century. It has ensemble values as part of a group of farmsteads that relates to the development of land division and late nineteenth-century village development. It is important by reason of the completeness of its interior and exterior and as such is rare.
