Inleiding
KRUKBOERDERIJ, gebouwd in Ambachtelijk-Traditionele stijl rond 1890 aan een pad met daarvoor een perceel landbouwgrond. Het pand is heden in gebruik als woonhuis.
Omschrijving
De krukboerderij heeft een T-vormige plattegrond en is opgetrokken uit handvorm baksteen. Het schilddak van het anderhalflaagse woongedeelte is gedekt met riet. Het eenlaagse stalgedeelte heeft een afgewolfd rieten zadeldak. De plint is gepleisterd, de voorgevel heeft gietijzeren sierankers en telt zes traveeën met vijf zesruits schuifvensters en als derde van links een paneeldeur.
Onder het raam links daarvan een rechthoekig getralied kelderraampje. De paneeldeur is voorzien van cassetten en een bovenlicht. Op zolder drie openslaande tweeruits vensters.
Het stalgedeelte heeft in de zijgevels staldeuren en links een extra opgeklampte deur. De achtergevel is links met één travee verbreed. Twee getoogde zesruits stalramen, een varkensdeurtje.
Rechts een aanbouw onder zadeldak van handvorm baksteen met vlechtingen en in de nok een rond duivengat.
Waardering
De krukboerderij is van algemeen belang. Het object heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in de Maaskant en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de boerderij in dit gebied in de late negentiende eeuw. Architectuurhistorisch is het van belang vanwege de ornamentiek, de afgewogen en eenvoudige vormen en de bijzondere samenhang tussen exterieur en interieur. Het heeft ensemblewaarden als onderdeel van een groep boerderijen die samenhangt met de ontwikkeling der verkaveling en de laat-negentiende-eeuwse dorpsontwikkeling. Het is belangrijk vanwege de gaafheid van het in- en exterieur en is als zodanig zeldzaam.

The cruck farmhouse has a T-shaped plan and is constructed from handmade brick. The hipped roof of the one-and-a-half-storey residential section is covered with thatch. The single-storey stable section has a curved thatched gabled roof. The plinth is plastered, the front facade has cast-iron ornamental wall anchors and has six bays with five six-light sash windows and a panelled door as the third from the left.
Below the window to its left a rectangular barred cellar window. The panelled door is provided with panels and a fanlight. On the attic floor three casement two-light windows.
The stable section has stable doors in the side facades and an additional clinched door on the left. The rear facade is widened on the left by one bay. Two arched six-light stable windows, a small pig door.
On the right an extension under a gabled roof of handmade brick with wattling and in the ridge a round dovecote opening.

The cruck farmhouse is of general importance. The object has cultural-historical significance as an example of the socio-economic development of agriculture in the Maaskant and as an example of the typological development of farmhouses in this area in the late nineteenth century. From an architectural-historical perspective it is of significance because of the ornamentation, the balanced and simple forms and the particular coherence between exterior and interior. It has ensemble values as part of a group of farmhouses that relate to the development of land division and late nineteenth-century village development.
