Omschrijving
Het voormalige bakhuis heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en is opgetrokken uit handvorm baksteen met vlechtingen. Het zadeldak is gedekt met tuile-du-Nordpannen. Eenvoudige vensters en deur.
Waardering
Het voormalige bakhuis is van algemeen belang. Het object heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in de Maaskant en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de boerderij in dit gebied in de late negentiende eeuw. Het heeft ensemblewaarden als onderdeel van een groep boerderijen die samenhangt met de ontwikkeling der verkaveling en de laat-negentiende-eeuwse dorpsontwikkeling.
