KOSTERSWONING behorend bij de voormalige Sint Antoniuskerk, gebouwd tussen 1917-1919 door architect J.H.H. van Groenendael in Traditionalistische stijl.
Omschrijving
KOSTERSWONING, éénlaags pand op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder tentdak, gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen. Het pand is uitgevoerd in Kunrader steen. De blokken zijn in een grillig patroon geplaatst, plint en kroonlijst zijn daarentegen regelmatig uitgevoerd.
Tegen de voorzijde is een erker geplaatst met samengestelde ramen, de bovenlichten hebben een kleine roedenverdeling. Rechts daarvan bevindt zich de deur waarboven een luifel is aangebracht. Naast de deur is een smal rechthoekig licht zichtbaar.
In het dakvlak is aan de voorzijde een brede dakkapel, samengesteld uit vijf zesruitsramen, geplaatst.
Rechts is een bouwlid met rondboogpoort geplaatst. Hiermee is de woning met de kerk verbonden.
In het interieur is de oorspronkelijke indeling op de begane grond, bestaande uit een gang met daarnaast een kamer-en-suite, bewaard gebleven.

De kosterswoning is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van de ontwikkeling van het katholicisme in het zuiden en is tevens van belang als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de kosterswoning. SACRISTAN'S HOUSE, single-storey building on a rectangular floor plan under a tent roof, covered with improved Dutch tiles. The building is executed in Kunrader stone. The blocks are placed in an irregular pattern, the plinth and cornice are applied regularly.
Against the front is an oriel window placed with composite windows, the fanlights have small glazing bars. To the right of it is the door above which a canopy is placed. Beside the door is a narrow rectangular light visible.
