Inleiding.
Het voormalige WOONHUIS is gebouwd rond 1880 in sobere Eclectische stijl. Het goeddeels vrijstaande pand staat tussen de poorten van de aangrenzende woonhuizen. Rond 1970 is het dak voorzien van vier tuimelvensters. Recentelijk is het pand intern verbouwd tot kantoorpand.
Omschrijving.
Het tweelaagse gepleisterde pand telt zes traveeën en is voorzien van een schilddak met de nok parallel aan de straat, voorzien van opnieuw verbeterde Hollandse dakpannen. De plint, de vensterdorpels en de dorpellijst zijn van hardsteen. De rechter travee springt iets in en heeft een smalle paneeldeur en een T-venster zonder decoratie. De andere vensterassen zijn als eenheid opgevat met geornamenteerd stucwerk, venster- en deuromlijstingen met kuiven en oreillons. De borstwering van de ramen op de begane grond heeft bovendien raambefjes met blad-, spiraal- en kransmotieven. De brede vleugeldeur is temidden van de stolpvensters geplaatst. De kroonlijst is voorzien van dubbele voluutconsoles en het fries van velden.

Het woonhuis is van algemeen belang.
