Inleiding.
Het WOONHUIS is gebouwd in Eclectische stijl in 1879 naar ontwerp van architect C.P. van Genk. Op het dak is rond 1980 een grote dakkapel geplaatst.
Omschrijving.
Het tweelaagse pand telt vier traveeën en is opgetrokken uit machinale baksteen met hardstenen plint. Op het zadeldak, parallel aan de straat, liggen muldenpannen. De stolpramen met hardsteen dorpels zijn voorzien van geprofileerde stucwerk lijsten en kuiven. De borstwering van de vensters op de begane grond bezit hardstenen velden met cirkels. De vleugeldeur, met smeedijzeren deurroosters, is eveneens voorzien van stucwerk omlijsting. Naast de deur bevindt zich een bewerkte gietijzeren schoenenschraper. Boven de ingang bevindt zich een balkon met smeedijzeren balustrade, rustend op voluutconsoles met leeuwekoppen. Onder de vensters van de etage bevinden zich raambefjes. Onder de geprofileerde kroonlijst op klosjes en tandlijst bevinden zich rozetten en velden, gescheiden door voluutconsoles.
