Inleiding.
Aan de zuidelijke zijde van de Goorstraat staat, tegenover de boerderij Ooijenvaarsnest, met de nok parallel aan de straat, de LANGSDEELSCHUUR, behorende bij het boerderijcomplex.
De schuur in Ambachtelijk-Traditionele stijl dateert naar alle waarschijnlijkheid uit omstreeks 1870.
Beschrijving.
De schuur heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond ter plaatse van de inrijpoort, in de noordoostelijke hoek, een inspringing. De eenlaags schuur heeft een met riet gedekt schilddak, alsmede een houten driebeukig gebint. De wanden zijn alle beschoten. Aan de noordoostelijke zijde bevindt zich, onder het ter plaatse opgewipte dak, een tweetal opgeklampte vleugelinrijpoorten.
Waardering.
De schuur is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorische waarden als uitdrukking van de geografische en landschappelijke ontwikkeling. Het heeft ensemblewaarden het wegens de situering, verbonden met de ontwikkeling van de streek. Het is gaaf bewaard gebleven.

The barn in Artisanal-Traditional style dates from approximately 1870.
Description.
The barn has a rectangular floor plan at the location of the loading gate, in the northeastern corner, a recess. The single-storey barn has a hipped roof covered in reed, as well as a wooden three-aisle building frame. The walls are all weather-boarded. On the northeastern side, beneath the roof raised at that location, are two clamped wing loading gates.
Valuation.
The barn is of general importance. The building has cultural-historical values as an expression of geographical and landscape development. It has ensemble values due to its situation, connected with the development of the region. It has been preserved intact.
