Inleiding.
Direct ten noorden van de zandweg staat, parallel aan de straat, de LANGGEVELBOERDERIJ het Ooijevaarsnest, daterend uit 1935 en opgetrokken in Ambachtelijk-Traditionele vormen. Omstreeks 1980 is de boerderij gerenoveerd, waarbij het oorspronkelijke karakter gehandhaafd bleef.
Beschrijving.
De boerderij heeft een globaal rechthoekige plattegrond, telt één bouwlaag en een kapverdieping en wordt gedekt door een afgewolfd zadeldak met oud-Hollandse pannen. De gevels zijn gemetseld in baksteen en worden horizontaal geleed door een doorgaande koppenlaag. Aan de westelijke zijde in het object is het woonhuis ondergebracht. Dit heeft in de voorgevel in een rondbogig gemetseld portiek een paneeldeur met halfrond bovenlicht, voorzien van straalvormige roedenverdeling, aan beide zijden geflankeerd door een tweetal gekoppelde zesruits openslaande vensters, voorzien van tweeruits bovenlichten. Het bedrijfsdeel heeft in de straatgevel van links naar rechts een getoogde opgeklampte vleugelinrijpoort, ter rechterzijde waarvan zich opgeklampte rondbogige deur bevindt, aan beide zijden geflankeerd door negenruits getoogde stalvensters. Boven de deur een opgeklampt laadluik naar de taszolder. In de straatgevel smeedijzeren balkankers, die de hoogte van de balklaag aangeven. In de oostelijke gevel een opgeklampte rondbogige deur, geflankeerd door hoog geplaatste lichten, met ter hoogte van de kapverdieping, tussen de bakstenen jaartalaanduiding, een negenruits venster. Ter hoogte van de brandmuur staat, op de nok van het dak, een gemetselde schoorsteen. Aan de westelijke zijde van het woonhuis staan drie linden.

Above the door a fixed-hinged hayloft opening to the hay loft. In the street façade wrought iron wall anchors, which indicate the height of the beam layer. At the height of the party wall stands, on the roof ridge, a brick chimney. On the western side of the house stand three linden trees.
