Inleiding
Kubisch, platgedekt vier bouwlagen tellend bakstenen pakhuis met op de hoek een toren op vierkante plattegrond ter hoogte van vijf lagen. Datering: 1900-1901. Het pakhuis staat tegen de toonzaal met kantoor en magazijn en grenst deels aan de binnenplaats; tegen de zuidgevel is een houten bordestrap geplaatst: deze verkeert in slechte toestand en staat op de oneven bouwlagen met het pakhuis in verbinding via een deur. Boven de houten trap een hijsbalk.
Omschrijving
Met uitzondering van de noordgevel zijn alle gevels op regelmatige afstanden ingedeeld met getoogde vensters waarin een ijzeren roedenverdeling is aangebracht. Midden in de westgevel op de begane grond een deur met gedeeld bovenlicht, dito in de oostgevel, via een dubbele deur op de hoogste verdieping is het dak van de toonzaal met kantoor en magazijn bereikbaar. In de noordgevel zijn op de begane grond drie kleine getoogde vensters met roedenverdeling geplaatst. De toren is aan de westzijde met eenzelfde groot formaat vensters als het pakhuis uitgevoerd, al zijn enige wijzigingen aangebracht. Inwendig beschikt het pakhuis onder andere over terrazzovloeren, terrazzostucwerk tegen de muren, een (deel van de) smalspoorlijn, betonvloeren volgens het systeem Hennebique, trappenhuis, takelinstallatie (bovenverdieping).
Waardering
Het pakhuis bezit algemeen belang als substantieel en gaaf bewaard onderdeel van het pand Cillekens c.a. omdat het een historisch, logistiek element in het gehele complex vormt, met name op het bedrijfsonderdeel opslag zoals die nog te ervaren is dankzij de behouden gebleven hoofdstructuur en markante onderdelen als, bijvoorbeeld, de smalspoortlijn en de hijsinrichtingen. Architectuur- en bouwhistorische waarden zijn gelegen in de relatief vroege toepassing van terrazzo en het betonsysteem van de Fransman Hennebique terwijl historisch-stilistische betekenis aan de in beperkte mate aanwezige sierende elementen kan worden toegekend.

Introduction
Cubic, flat-roofed four-storey brick warehouse with on the corner a tower on a square plan to a height of five storeys. Dating: 1900-1901. The warehouse stands against the showroom with office and warehouse and partly borders the courtyard; against the south facade a wooden external staircase is placed: this is in poor condition and stands on the odd storeys in connection with the warehouse via a door. Above the wooden stairs a hoist beam.
Description
With the exception of the north facade, all facades are divided at regular intervals with arched windows in which iron glazing bars are installed. In the middle of the west facade on the ground floor a door with fanlight, likewise in the east facade, via a double door on the highest storey the roof of the showroom with office and warehouse is accessible. In the north facade on the ground floor three small arched windows with glazing bars are placed. The tower is on the west side fitted out with the same large-scale windows as the warehouse, although some modifications have been made. Internally the warehouse has, among other things, terrazzo floors, terrazzo stucco against the walls, a (part of the) narrow-gauge rail line, concrete floors according to the Hennebique system, stairwell, lifting installation (upper storey).
Valuation
The warehouse possesses general importance as a substantial and well-preserved component of the Cillekens property c.a. because it forms a historical, logistical element in the entire complex, particularly on the business aspect of storage as still experienced thanks to the preserved main structure and distinctive components such as, for example, the narrow-gauge rail line and the lifting installations.
