Inleiding
Doosvormig, plat gedekt gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond met een hoogte van twee bouwlagen plus een mezzanino, gebouwd als toonzaal met kantoor en magazijn, gesitueerd tegen de achtergevel van het woon-winkelhuis en vóór het pakhuis. Datering: circa 1900, uitbreiding omstreeks 1940.
Omschrijving
De langsgevel aan de zijde van de binnenplaats is op de eerste twee lagen ingedeeld met zes traveeën , alle getoogd. De eerste bouwlaag gestuct en met brede zesruits vensters uitgevoerd en een deur met gedeeld bovenlicht een tweede dito (geheel rechts) met links daarvan een smal hoog venster plus bovenlicht. De tweede bouwlaag in schoon metselwerk, eveneens met meervoudige vensters ingedeeld. De derde bouwlaag als halfverdieping uitgevoerd met vijf meervoudige vensters met daaronder, per travee een rechthoekige nis, gevuld met stucwerk De gemetselde achtergevel is geheel blind. Op het dak twee lichtkappen. Inwendig betegelde vloer en dito lambrisering, getrapte toonbanken, lambrisering in terrazzo, trappenhuis, geschilderd fries met sjabloonmotieven.
Waardering
De toonzaal met kantoor en magazijn bezit algemeen belang als substantieel en gaaf bewaard onderdeel van het pand Cillekens c.a. omdat het een historisch, logistiek element in het gehele complex vormt, met name op het bedrijfsonderdeel van tonen en uitstallen zoals die nog te ervaren is dankzij de behouden gebleven, ruime vensterpartijen en - als inventaris - de toonbanken. Architectuurhistorische waarde is gelegen in de relatief vroege toepassing van terrazzo in de pui aan de zijde van de binnenplaats terwijl historisch-stilistische betekenis aan elementen als betegelde wanden en vloeren wordt toegekend. De sobere en doelmatige aard van het object is kenmerkend voor utilitaire bouwkunst al kan aan de gestucte panelen een zekere zin tot verfraaiing niet ontzegd worden.

The long facade on the side of the courtyard is divided on the first two storeys with six bays, all arched. The first storey is stuccoed and fitted out with wide six-light windows and a door with fanlight a second likewise (far right) with to its left a narrow tall window plus fanlight. The second storey in fair-faced brickwork, likewise divided with multiple windows. The third storey executed as a half-storey with five multiple windows with below, per bay a rectangular niche, filled with stucco work. The brickwork rear facade is entirely blank. On the roof two roof lights. Internally tiled floor and likewise wainscoting, tiered shop counters, wainscoting in terrazzo, stairwell, painted frieze with stencil motifs.
