KOETSHUIS, XXa; bakstenen, aan drie zijden vrijstaand gebouw op rechthoekige grondslag; het gebouw is het zuidelijke deel van een langgerekt gebouw, dat oorspronkelijk tot het bezit behoorde, maar inmiddels vervreemd en tot woningen van derden verbouwd is; zadeldak met kort wolfseind, windveren; rode pannen aan parkzijde, grijze pannen op wolfseind en dakvlak, dat naar de openbare weg gekeerd is; dubbele inrijdeur met drieruits raampjes aan bovenzijde; daaronder deurvlakken met diagonaal geplaatste kraaldelen; ramen met zes- en achtruits vensters; de twee ramen boven de ininrijdeur met onderluiken.
