Bouwblok B bevat drie aaneengesloten HERENHUIZEN, met gepleisterde voorgevels, uitgevoerd in eclectische stijl. Het blok is gelegen nabij de Herenbrug.
De voorgevel van het bouwblok vertoont een symmetrische opzet waarbij het middelste woonhuis wordt geflankeerd door een via een terugliggende smalle travee waarin de voordeur geklemd onder een balkon, meerzijdig bouwdeel. De woonhuizen zijn uitgelegd op rechthoekige plattegrond en bezitten een kelder. Het middelste woonhuis bezit twee bouwlagen en een forse dakkapel in het afgeplatte met leien belegde schilddak. De drie traveeën tellende voorgevel bevat een brede ingangspartij, bereikbaar via een trap met vleugel(paneel)deuren met in de schuine neggen aan weerszijden een venster. Hierboven sluit een inpandig balkon aan met zelfde schuine neggen. De vleugels tellen drie bouwlagen onder een platdak.
De voorgevels van de woonhuizen zijn boven een met natuursteen beklede plint, gepleisterd met alleen het middelste huis en de gevel aan de Parkstraat van blokbepleistering voorzien. De gevels van de flankerende woonhuizen bezitten vensters met profileringen als frontons.
Zijgevel aan de Parkstraat vijf traveeën, geheel in blokken gepleisterd met merendeels in de derde bouwlaag enkele blindvensters met ruitvormig patroon ingevuld.
Aan achterzijde van het pand een houten serre.
Waardering
Woonblok met drie herenhuizen van algemeen belang vanwege architectuurhistorische waarde als goed voorbeeld van herenhuizen uitgevoerd in eclectische stijl. Van stedenbouwkundige waarde vanwege de situering aan de Maliesingel en in relatie met de overige complexonderdelen.

Building block B contains three adjoining TOWNHOUSES with rendered facades, executed in eclectic style. The block is located near the Herenbrug.
The front facade of the building block shows a symmetrical layout whereby the middle house is flanked by a recessed narrow bay in which the front door is squeezed under a balcony, multi-sided building part. The houses are laid out on a rectangular ground plan and possess a cellar. The middle house has two storeys and a substantial roof dormer in the flattened slated hipped roof. The front facade comprising three bays contains a broad entrance arrangement, accessible by a staircase with wing panel doors with a window in the angled splays on either side. Above this adjoins an interior balcony with the same angled splays. The wings comprise three storeys under a flat roof.
The front facades of the houses are, above a plinth clad with natural stone, rendered with only the middle house and the facade on the Parkstraat provided with rustication. The facades of the flanking houses have windows with profiled surrounds as pediments.
Side facade on the Parkstraat five bays, entirely rendered in rustication with mostly in the third storey several blind windows filled with diamond-shaped pattern.
