Rij van vijf gelijksoortige HERENHUIZEN, gebouwd in 1865, uitgevoerd in eclectische stijl.
De vijf met gepleisterde voorgevels uitgevoerde huizen bevatten souterrain, twee bouwlagen en doorlopend schilddak. Het rijtje is in twee typen verdeeld en symmetrisch geplaatst en wordt door gepleisterde hoekblokken van elkaar gescheiden. In het midden (nr 307) het type woonhuis met vijf traveeën tellende voorgevel waarin de middenas de deur bevat en naar boven toe het lichtrisalerende gevelvlak van schijnvoegen is voorzien. In het dakschild een dakhuis over de gehele breedte van de gevel.
Aangrenzend aan weerszijden, het type woonhuis met zes traveeën waarin gekoppelde deuren en vensters op de verdieping de middenas vormen. In het dakschild komt een gekoppelde dakkapel in de middenas voor.
De vensters zijn alle met ronde bovenhoeken uitgewerkt en van de van geprofileerde omlijstingen voorziene vensters met schuiframen, stolpramen of balkondeuren, bevatten alleen die in de middenrisaliet een kuif.

Row of five similar TOWNHOUSES, built in 1865, executed in eclectic style.
The five houses executed with plastered front facades contain a basement, two storeys and continuous hipped roof. The row is divided into two types and symmetrically placed and is separated from each other by plastered corner blocks. In the middle (no. 307) the type of townhouse with front facade counting five bays in which the middle axis contains the door and upwards the slightly projecting facade section is provided with false joints. In the roof pitch a dormer house over the entire width of the facade.
Adjacent on either side, the type of townhouse with six bays in which coupled doors and windows on the floor form the middle axis. In the roof pitch a coupled roof dormer appears in the middle axis.
The windows are all worked out with rounded top corners and of the windows provided with profiled framings with sash windows, tilting windows or balcony doors, only those in the middle risalit contain hoods.
