GRAFMONUMENT (vak 5, grafnr 70) voor een kind bestaande uit op ruwgehakte blok geplaatste gebroken zuil. Marmeren zuil op hardstenen geprofileerde basement. Op de voet marmeren plaat met opschrift " Zalig is der kindern lot / jong gestorven/ vroeg bij God".
Waardering
Grafmonument voor een kind van algemeen belang vanwege de kunsthistorische waarde als karakteristiek kindergraf. Tevens vanwege de funerair-historische waarde als onderdeel van de begraafplaats 'Soestbergen'.

GRAVE MONUMENT (bay 5, grave no. 70) for a child consisting of a broken column placed on a roughly hewn block. Marble column on sandstone profiled base. On the foot a marble plaque with the inscription "Blessed is the lot of children / died young / early with God".
Valuation
Grave monument for a child of general importance because of its art-historical value as a characteristic child's grave. Also because of its funerary-historical value as part of the Soestbergen cemetery.
