In eclectische trant uitgevoerd GRAFMONUMENT (vak 9, grafnr 50), blijkens inscripties ter nagedachtenis van ds. A. des Amorie van der Hoeven, uitgevoerd in hardsteen met toepassing traptreden, rechte basementen, profiellijsten, vlakke frontons en acroteria en een aan vier zijden geprofileerde obelisk met vierpas motief. Tekst voorzijde: "Ter nagedachtenis van Abraham des Amorie van der Hoeven". Tekst aan noordzijde: " geboren 22 february (1798) te Rotterdam"- Tekst aan achterzijde:" Hoogleraar in de godgeleerdheid aan het seminarium der Remonstranen". Tekst aan zuidzijde:" Overleden 29 juli 1855 nabij Arnhem".
Waardering

Grave monument executed in eclectic style (plot 9, grave no. 50), evidenced by inscriptions in memory of Rev. A. des Amorie van der Hoeven, executed in hard stone with the application of steps, straight bases, profile strips, flat pediments and acroteria and an obelisk profiled on four sides with four-lobed motif. Text on front: "In memory of Abraham des Amorie van der Hoeven". Text on north side: "born 22 February (1798) at Rotterdam" - Text on back: "Professor of Theology at the seminary of the Remonstrants". Text on south side: "Died 29 July 1855 near Arnhem".
Valuation
19th-century grave monument of general importance due to its art-historical value as a characteristic example of grave art, also due to its funerary-historical value as part of the cemetery 'Soestbergen'.
