GRAFMONUMENT bestaande uit staande plaat van hardsteen met aan weerszijden twee met slangen versierde. Steen met afbeelding van man in lotus-houding met boek op schoot. Achtergrond bestaande uit zon en zonnestralen. Tekst: " Ter herinnering aan Johannes Everhardus Tehudeiorij / Inlandsch en Nederlandsch arts / geboren 25 juni 1882 te Erma, eiland Ambon/ overleden 22 december 1908 te Utrecht / zijn nagedachtenis blijft in eer bij allen die geloven in Insulinde's toekomst"

GRAVE MONUMENT consisting of standing plate of sandstone with on both sides two adorned with snakes. Stone with image of man in lotus posture with book on lap. Background consisting of sun and sun rays. Text: "In remembrance of Johannes Everhardus Tehudeiorij / Native and Dutch doctor / born 25 June 1882 in Erma, island of Ambon / died 22 December 1908 in Utrecht / his memory lives in honour with all those who believe in Insulinde's future"
