Omschrijving
Het ketelhuis is tegen de westgevel van de fabriek gebouwd. Het is een pand van één bouwlaag onder (tegenwoordig, anno 1999) een plat dak., van oorsprong waren dat schilddaken. Het pand is opgetrokken in baksteen. De korte gevels kennen drie traveeën, de lange vier. De detaillering van de gevels is identiek aan de gevels van onderdeel 1.
Waardering
Het in 1930 gebouwde ketelhuis van de AaBe-fabriek is van algemeen belang vanwege:
- de functionele en visuele relatie de schoorsteen en de productiehallen
- het ketelhuis maakt een essentieel onderdeel uit van het complexmatige karakter van de fabriek;

Description
The boiler house was built against the west facade of the factory. It is a single-storey building under (currently, anno 1999) a flat roof; originally these were hipped roofs. The building is constructed in brick. The short facades have three bays, the long ones four. The detailing of the facades is identical to the facades of component 1.
