De voor- of noordgevel staat aan de Willibrorduslaan.
Omschrijving
Het fabrieksgebouw, dat in twee fasen is gebouwd, heeft een langgerekte rechthoekige plattegrond met de nok parallel aan de straat. Het meest westelijke deel is het oudste. Het bevat twee bouwlagen onder zadeldak tussen tuitgevels gedekt met oud Hollandse pannen.
De voorgevel met kroon- en tandlijst bevat tien traveeën met getoogde muuropeningen. Op de verdieping vierruits vensters en op de begane grond vensters met achtruits bovenlichten. De fabriek is opgetrokken uit handgevormde baksteen gemetseld in kruisverband. Het geheel is wit geverfd en voorzien van een zwarte plint.

Description
The factory building, which was constructed in two phases, has an elongated rectangular floor plan with the ridge parallel to the street. The westernmost part is the oldest. It contains two storeys under a gabled roof between spout gables covered with old Dutch tiles.
The front facade with cornice and dentil moulding contains ten bays with arched wall openings. On the upper floor four-pane windows and on the ground floor windows with eight-pane fanlights. The factory is constructed of hand-formed brick laid in cross bond. The whole is painted white and provided with a black plinth.
Valuation
The factory building of the Swane linen factory is of general importance. It has cultural-historical importance as an example of the socio-economic development of industry and as an example of the typological development of multi-storey construction for the textile industry. It is also important because of the integrity of its exterior.
