Omschrijving
Als onderdeel van het woningbouwcomplex Rosehaghe gebouwd WONINGBLOK, bestaande uit drie woningen aan de westzijde van de Hoofmanstraat nabij de Zijlweg. Dit blok staat op min of meer half V-vormig grondplan en is vastgebouwd aan het gemeenschapsgebouw. De groepering van de kubistische volumes wijkt van de overige blokken af door het gebrek aan symmetrie. De volumes lopen trapsgewijs terug maar omdat het blok overhoeks staat ten opzichte van de rooilijn ontstaat hier een zaagtandpatroon.

Description
As part of the housing complex Rosehaghe, built HOUSING BLOCK consisting of three dwellings on the west side of Hoofmanstraat near the Zijlweg. This block stands on a more or less half V-shaped ground plan and is built up against the community building. The grouping of the cubistic volumes differs from the other blocks through the lack of symmetry. The volumes step back progressively but because the block stands at an angle to the building line, a sawtooth pattern is created here.
