Omschrijving
Als onderdeel van het woningbouwcomplex Rosehage gebouwd WONINGBLOK, bestaande uit twee woningen aan de Hoofmanstraat nabij de Zijlweg. Het korte symmetrische blok staat op rechthoekig grondplan en wijkt net als het blok aan Brouwerskade 79-85 van de meeste overige woningblokken binnen het complex af door de afwezigheid van uitgebouwde onderdelen aan de achterzijde. Dit blok, waarvan de gootlijst op de hoeken door schoorstenen wordt doorsneden en dat zich kenmerkt door een risaliet met ononderbroken gootlijst, komt overeen met een vooruitspringende partij zoals die in de meeste andere blokken één of meerdere malen is toegepast.

As part of the housing development complex Rosehage, built HOUSING BLOCK, consisting of two dwellings on the Hoofmanstraat near the Zijlweg. The short symmetrical block stands on a rectangular ground plan and, like the block on Brouwerskade 79-85, differs from most other housing blocks within the complex by the absence of extended components on the rear side. This block, whose gutter line on the corners is intersected by chimneys and which is characterized by a risalit with uninterrupted gutter line, corresponds with a projecting party such as has been applied one or several times in most other blocks.
