Omschrijving
Als onderdeel van het woningbouwcomplex Rosehaghe gebouwd WONINGBLOK, bestaande uit vier woningen aan de Hoofmanstraat nabij de Zijlweg. Het korte symmetrische blok staat op rechthoekig grondplan en heeft alleen twee risalieten met ononderbroken gootlijst aan de voorzijde en een verdiepingloze uitbouw aan de tuinzijde. Van dit blok wordt de gootlijst op de hoeken door schoorstenen doorsneden. De gekoppelde risalieten hebben een ononderbroken gootlijst. Het betreft hier een dubbele versie van het aangrenzende blok Hoofmanstraat 5-7 en een verkorte versie van het blok aan Brouwerskade 59-77.

As part of the housing development complex Rosehaghe, built HOUSING BLOCK, consisting of four dwellings on the Hoofmanstraat near the Zijlweg. The short symmetrical block stands on a rectangular ground plan and has only two risalits with uninterrupted gutter line on the front and a single-storey extension on the garden side. Of this block the gutter line on the corners is intersected by chimneys. The coupled risalits have an uninterrupted gutter line. This is a double version of the adjoining block Hoofmanstraat 5-7 and a shortened version of the block on Brouwerskade 59-77.
