Omschrijving
Als onderdeel van het woningbouwcomplex Rosehaghe gebouwd WONINGBLOK bestaande uit acht woningen aan de westzijde van de Anslijnstraat nabij de Zijlweg. Het symmetrische blok staat op langwerpig grondplan dat door afwisseling van vooruitspringende en terugliggende onderdelen aan voorzijde (straatzijde) en achterzijde slingerend van karakter is. Het blok bevat op de hoeken twee vooruitspringende partijen met risalieten waarvan de gootlijst ononderbroken is. De terugliggende partij bevat een centraal geplaatste risaliet met doorbroken gootlijst en verdiepingloze uitbouw.
Dit woningblok is gespiegeld ten opzichte van het noordelijk gedeelte van het woningblok aan de oostzijde van de Anslijnstraat.

Description
As part of the housing development complex Rosehaghe, built HOUSING BLOCK consisting of eight dwellings on the west side of the Anslijnstraat near the Zijlweg. The symmetrical block stands on an elongated ground plan which through alternation of projecting and recessed components on the front (street side) and rear side is meandering in character. The block contains on the corners two projecting parties with risalits whose gutter line is uninterrupted. The recessed party contains a centrally placed risalit with broken gutter line and single-storey extension.
This housing block is mirrored in relation to the northern part of the housing block on the east side of the Anslijnstraat.
